Role Description

The Clinical Application Scientist at CooperSurgical plays a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical usage of the CSI portfolio.

This includes hands-on in-clinic training, workshops, and specialized guidance in biopsy practices and vitrification. Beyond technical support, this role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, fostering knowledge exchange, and ensuring utmost satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

In-Clinic Training:

  • Lead and execute hands-on training sessions for customers in clinics.
  • Offer demonstrations and tailored lessons to foster a deeper understanding of the CSI portfolio.
  • Create local in-clinic embryo care projects that clinically demonstrate that we can provide a safer journey for gametes and embryos, creating testimonials and in-clinic data and business cases.
