Clinical Coordinator – Lead and support therapeutic counselling services for youth and young adults within the Foundry model. This role blends clinical leadership and direct service delivery, ensuring care is youth-centered, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-informed practices.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide individual and group counselling using evidence-informed, culturally relevant approaches.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support clients in achieving personal and relational goals.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams through case planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Program Operation Oversight
- Oversee day‑to‑day counselling services at Foundry Kamloops.
