Overview

Clinical Dietitian and Food Service Manager – Healthcare role in Labrador City, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is a dual role that includes managing clinical nutrition services for acute care, long term care and outpatient services and overseeing meal service for 28 patients.

Aramark is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services and to supervise and coordinate food services in the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains policies, standards, and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective nutrition care to patients/residents. This includes coordinating and directing all clinical activities and determining and implementing appropriate staffing levels for food services.
• Develops goals and objectives for clinical nutrition and food services to maintain high quality care.
