The Clinical Educator is responsible for oversight of the quality of clinical services provided by Medigas through development and delivery of clinical training content and monitoring of clinical assessments which enables employees to reach the clinical quality, safety and competence expectations of Medigas using available tools and platforms. They collaborate with the District Managers and the National Clinical Services Manager to develop content that helps build the skills and knowledge of Medigas employees. They will source best practices from both internal and external sources. They will customize training programs as required to best suit the target audience; these can be online, in classrooms or in-person training sessions within facilities.
