Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, Clinical Education, you'll lead educational initiatives for other health professionals. This role requires strong clinical experience along with leadership and teaching abilities. You'll develop orientation programs and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care standards across Northern Health.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training sessions to enhance staff competencies • Develop and evaluate education programs for various units • Facilitate mentorship and preceptorship programs • Review and revise patient care policies and procedures • Coordinate in-service educational programs for staff needs
