Clinical Field Specialist — Neonatal Care

The Role This is not a typical sales role. We are looking for someone who understands neonatal care firsthand a former NICU nurse, pediatric ward clinician, or allied health professional and wants to use that clinical knowledge to make a broader difference. You will be BEMPU's face in Bangalore's hospitals and clinics. Your clinical credibility will open doors that a traditional sales rep cannot. You will build genuine relationships with neonatologists and pediatricians, educate them on our devices, and support them in recommending BEMPU products to families in their care. What You Will Do Hospital & Clinic Visits Visit neonatal units, pediatric wards, and private clinics across Bangalore typically 46 visits per day Build relationships with neonatologists, pediatricians, and NICU nursing staff Conduct product demonstrations of TempWatch, KangaSling, and BellyButton Educate clinical teams on neonatal hypothermia, apnea, and the evidence base for our devices Follow up consistently to ...
