This full-time position focuses on transforming mental health and substance use services, ensuring that all plans and standards are centered on person-centered, trauma-informed care. You will develop guidance documents aligned with strategic health objectives while collaborating closely with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership for MHSU program initiatives
• Develop and review plans and policies for service delivery
• Engage in quality improvement and evaluation initiatives
• Liaise with internal and external partners for collaboration
• Lead change management for sustainable improvements
