Role Description
Elevate mental health services as a Clinical Program Supervisor with Associated Youth Services of Peel. This hybrid role focuses on supervision, leadership, and community collaboration.
As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will lead a team of registered Counsellors while supporting program development and community initiatives. This permanent, full-time position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and at least five years of experience in mental health, including supervisory roles. Your expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and collaborative community relationships will enhance our client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Counsellors
• Assist in program planning and community capacity building
• Collaborate with community partners and families
