Key Responsibilities:
• Automate lifecycle management of AWS Aurora instances
• Design high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate on platform architecture and database evolution
• Execute root cause analysis and remediation efforts
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold team standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years in backend engineering or 7+ years relevant experience
