Role Description
Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is looking for a Service Desk Agent – Associate I, Cloud Infrastructure Services. The role focuses on monitoring and supporting the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring work is completed to agreed service levels.
