In this role, you will support a dynamic team and enhance user experience for Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, and other tools. Your expertise in administration, troubleshooting, and documentation will contribute to building solutions that meet business needs. Help improve processes and deliver technical training content that empowers users and aligns with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support M365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues for resolution
• Create documentation and runbooks for user support
• Build solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Automate
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solution implementation
