CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machinist

Job Overview

KPT Precision located at 217 Queen’s Plate Dr. Suite A-D, Rexdale, Ontario M9W 6Z7 is looking for a CNC Machinist. The position is a permanent full‑time role with 30–44 hours per week. Pay is $38–40 per hour, depending on skill level.

Responsibilities

• Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
• Set up and adjust production machinery and tools.
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerances.
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Set up and operate conventional and computer‑controlled machine tools.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Secondary School Diploma and at least 7 months of experience, or education in a relevant field.
