Position Summary

Reporting to the A220 cockpit design supervisor, the team leader is primarily responsible for managing a design team of 5–10 designers and ensuring team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the design of primary structure, secondary structures and system installations within their scope complies with technical and customer requirements, program needs and manufacturing requirements.
• Communicate major technical input data to the design team within their scope (customer requirements, program requirements, boundary plans, standards list, etc.).
