As a CoE HR IT Systems Operations & Governance NAreporting to the Head of HR Information Systems, you will align with the Global Process Owners, Global Solution Owners, implementation partners with implementation and daily operations of global HR-IT system landscape and definition of regional and country specific requirements in alignment with global definitions in the region of responsibility. Ensure that region specific requirements will be supported.

  • Support implementation of Global HR Processes across countries within North America in alignment with global guidelines and governance.

  • Assure adherence within region to global definitions, guidelines and standards as well as a legal compliant set up and run of systems and processes.

  • Deploy global guidelines and deliver activities in the area of HR IT Systems Operations & Governance within the Region.
