We are seeking a dynamic and versatile learning & development professional to join the CommCare Academy as an Assistant Manager. This role is pivotal in curating, designing and implementing professional development programmes through strong partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive training needs analysis, curriculum design and programme facilitation, while identifying emerging capability gaps and opportunities to enhance overall learning impact and workforce development in SLEC and the community care sector.
