Commercial Contracts & Transactions Counsel- Legal

We are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our Legal team at senior positions having experience of both general commercial contracts and transactions.

• Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc.
• Transactional Work: Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger & acquisition, share purchase& shareholders’ arrangement, operation & management, revenue share arrangements etc. includes preparation of checklists, conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard.
• Banking related arrangement: Assist with the review and closureof various bankingneeds and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc.
