Main Responsibilities

• Identify promising business sectors and develop your business network.
• Prospect and recruit new customers and obtain referrals.
• Offer high‑quality consulting services to our customers, mainly SMEs.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the most appropriate protection.
• Sell complementary products to existing customers.

Competency Profile

• At least five years' experience as a commercial insurance broker.
• Demonstrate tenacity and creativity to close the sale and bring in a new customer.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to question, listen, quickly grasp and adapt to needs and challenges.
• Organized, structured and able to manage priorities.
• Ease of working with new technologies.
