Cast members working in Food & Beverage provide Guests with quality services and memorable dining experiences supporting all restaurants & outdoor vending carts across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
Responsabilités:
Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits, as well as assisting in measuring and portioning items.Follow recipes and cooking guidelines to prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring food meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards.Prepare salads, sauces, and other dishes, including specialty recipes, as directed by the Chef De Partie or Lead Chef.Cook different cuisines, including Chinese dishes like dim sum, BBQ, and wok items, for both buffet and à la carte services.Work in various kitchen areas such as Butchery, Cold Kitchen, Hot Kitchen, Grill, or Sushi, based on operational needs.Safely operate kit...
