Role Description
Home Care Assistance, Barrie Simcoe County is a Staffing Solution Company. We are searching for a community support worker to help support the needs of a senior living in the community.
Our minimum shifts are 4 hours with a strong focus on continuity of care. Your typical day: + Assist with one-on-one support for elderly clients + Keep clients engaged and safe + Assist at mealtimes + All other tasks required by the care plan + A passion for the job in helping others + + Companionship and friendship Must haves: + Access to reliable transportation G License and valid insurance (is an asset) + Demonstrated working experience with the elderly, knowledgeable with respect to their needs + Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, families, and visitors + All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Police Vulnerable Sector Check + Proof of valid Covid19 vaccines, including a booster shot Do your...
