Role Description

As a key member of the Interprofessional Primary Care Team, your role will involve evaluating and addressing diverse community nutrition needs. You will create and manage programs, deliver educational resources, and work towards improving access to healthy food options for various populations. Collaboration with local organizations will be essential for impactful outreach.
