Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of user interactions.
• Recommended promotions or deals to Spanish-speaking users and provide.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure users receive accurate information and support, including Developer team.
• Acknowledge users on how to troubleshoot when they find any bugs and submit the report to Asana.
