Role Description
Empower neighborhoods as the Vacant Building Program Coordinator with the City of Thunder Bay. Drive initiatives that enhance safety and compliance for property owners and the community.
This role requires you to lead the coordination of the Vacant & Dilapidated Building Program, engaging directly with stakeholders and managing citizen feedback. You'll ensure that property owners adhere to program standards while developing responses to community issues surrounding vacant properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program development and monitoring for vacant buildings
• Communicate requirements clearly to property owners
