Role Description
On behalf of our GoC Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for ERP System Analyst (DRMIS Field Service Representative) to deliver embedded, front‑line SAP/DRMIS support for aircraft maintenance organizations.
The analyst will work directly with Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) technicians, supervisors, and senior maintenance managers to enable effective use of the DRMIS Enterprise Maintenance system during daily operations, exercises, and deployments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with SAP PM/MM or DRMIS aircraft maintenance modules
- Experience supporting field users in operational or deployed technical environments
- Solid communication skills with ability to coach and instruct end‑users
- Familiarity with service desk/ticketing, incident triage, and functional troubleshooting
- Secret Clearance
