We have seven full-time positions available for Continuing Care Assistants. You will assist clients in their homes with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living activities. A strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to travel independently between homes are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support personal hygiene care including bathing
• Travel to patients’ homes for care visits
• Prepare nutritious meals for clients
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship to enhance patient morale

Requirements:
• Valid CCA designation required
• Proven personal care experience necessary
