Role Description
Become a critical part of client care as a Health Care Aide, providing essential personal and emotional support. This biweekly position offers a chance to make a difference in clients' lives.
You will be responsible for following detailed care plans and preparing meals while assisting clients with their daily needs. Utilizing the Catalyst system for timely medication management is essential. Performing household maintenance, providing hygiene assistance, and liaising with families will be an integral part of your role. Monitoring clients' physical and mental well-being will help maintain their health.
