Role Description
Become a vital part of client care as a Mandarin-speaking Personal Support Worker in the Greater Toronto Area. You will deliver effective, personalized care to promote independence and comfort at home.
In this role, reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, you will follow tailored care plans to assist clients with daily needs. Your responsibilities will include personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and maintaining accurate documentation of client health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential personal care: grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Assist clients with their daily living tasks
• Prepare meals and remind clients about medication
• Conduct light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
• Must speak Mandarin fluently; strong English verbal skills
• PSW Certificate from an Ontario program required
