Compassionate Ministry Facilitator

The MEFI ministry works with homeless youth in Mexico City. A compassionate ministry specialist will join MEFI in sharing the love of God to these young people and help them to leave the streets. This includes working to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, and vocational needs of homeless youth. MEFI is looking for individuals who are passionate about ministering to the rejected and outcast members of society.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Street outreach and relationship building

Spiritual counseling and discipleship

Community integration plans

Community engagement plans

Participating in giving Bible studies and other spiritual formation activities

Skill Requirements

Compassion and empathy for homeless youth

Ability to develop cultural awareness

Strong communication skills
