In this role, you will provide vital nursing care following established standards and physician orders. Your responsibilities include assisting in care plans, supervising nursing staff, and conducting performance appraisals. Additionally, you'll take charge in the absence of the Director of Care and facilitate RAI MDS preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies
