Role Description
Join Foresters Financial as a Compensation Administrator on an 18-month contract and ensure timely compensation for our producers and up-level management. This role also focuses on superior customer service through effective inquiry resolution.
As a key part of the compensation team, the Compensation Administrator will manage various tasks, including administration of different compensation plans and maintaining compliance with laws. Your strong communication skills will be essential in providing support through phone and email interactions, meeting service level standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
