Role Description
Oversees the entire payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. Managing the payroll team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and developing efficient payroll processes. Works closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to align payroll practices with the company's strategic goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
• Preferably in a retail company or F&B company.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with HRIS and accounting software.
• Strong experience with payroll processing, tax filings and compliance.
