Role Description
Purpose
Implements personnel policies to ensure a high caliber of employees within a positive working environment. Acts as a strategic Business Partner to the management team, focusing on employee retention, organizational culture, and professional growth by:
- Enforcing of the Organization's Values, Code of Ethics, and continuous process improvements.
- Maintaining the HR Management System (HRIS).
- Collaborating with teams for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Experience with Tress System is highly preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Writing and Conversational - Level II according to Brady standards).
