Compensation Consultant (Toronto or Vancouver)

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually

Through our unique position to provide completely unbiased, independent advice to employers, Eckler’s consulting team is looking to expand the scope of our services to include compensation consulting expertise for our clients across Canada.

We are looking for consultants, located in Toronto or Vancouver, with subject matter expertise and strong interpersonal skills who can work within a tightly knit team and can effectively deal with competing priorities in a busy consulting practice. Typical projects will include developing comparator groups for benchmarking compensation levels and program design attributes to market, developing short- and long-term incentive plans, gauging the alignment of pay and company performance, studying market trends and monitoring changes in legislation.
