About the Role
We are seeking a junior-level Compliance Coordinator to support enterprise-wide compliance projects, starting with Quebec’s Bill 96 French Language initiative. This role focuses on managing translation workflows, tracking compliance activities, and coordinating processes across teams. The coordinator will ensure timely handling of compliance-related requests, maintain visibility of workflows, and assist in oversight without directly authoring communications.
What You'll Do
Compliance Project Support
Coordinate activities for compliance initiatives across multiple projects (initial focus on Bill 96).
Track progress and maintain documentation for compliance deliverables.
Translation Management
Handle translation requests for operational, customer-facing, and internal documents.
