Purpose

Serve as a key point of contact for ethics and compliance due diligence on third‑party business partners globally (with a potential regional focus e.g. Americas), providing guidance and support to key functional stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, risk‑based assessments of prospective third parties prior to establishing business relationships across multiple jurisdictions, including high‑risk regions.
