Concession Supervisor - Myer Indooroopilly

We’re looking for a highly motivated, passionate, proactive leader who has the ability to inspire a team and drive our Myer Indooroopilly Concession Pad to success. 
 
You will be a people-centric supervisor with a goal to lead, develop and motivate the team to create inspirational customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success. 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO: 

• Mentor, lead and develop a small team of 2-4. 
• Lead by example in customer service; ensuring all staff are engaged, motivated and mentored to deliver above-and-beyond experiences. 
• Delivery of concession budgets and growth expectations through a solid business acumen. 
• Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales. 
• Ensure concession maintains Commonry's visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential. 
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.
