Rôle et responsabilités / Role and Responsibilities
On the Commercial front:
- Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with parties located across the world.
- Manage various litigation files.
On the Compliance side:
- Provide guidance to different business teams on environmental matters and health and safety concerns, and manage external counsel in this area.
- Work closely with the communications team to manage internal and external announcements.
- Join the team of commercial lawyers and collaborate with the larger group of commercial lawyers.
