Construction Accountant/Job Costing Coordinator

Teahen Construction Limited is an established, growing construction company based in Stratford, Ontario with multiple divisions and approximately 40 employees. We are seeking a Construction Accountant/Job Costing Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations and provide clear insight into job profitability and implementing company efficiencies.

This role is ideal for someone who understands construction accounting and wants to play a key role in improving systems, tracking profitability, and supporting business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organize company financials to ensure efficiency, accuracy and consistency
• Review accounts payable and receivable processes (with support of team staff)
• Maintain and improve job costing and project tracking systems
