Role Description
Project Manager – Concrete Tilt‑Up
ICE Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven concrete tilt‑up construction experience to join our team in Langley, BC. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Construction and work closely with our Site Superintendent, Project Coordinator, consultants, trades, suppliers, and clients.
The immediate project is a concrete tilt‑up development. Our project pipeline includes mixed‑use, condominium, steel industrial, commercial, and wood‑frame construction, offering long‑term opportunity and variety within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre‑construction planning, including estimating coordination, permitting, risk assessments, scheduling, and project setup.
- Review and evaluate bids, negotiate with trades and suppliers, issue purchase orders, and manage sub‑trade contracts.
