Role Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
- Train or arrange for training
- Set up machines and equipment
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommend personnel actions
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Lead and instruct individuals, supervising staff in various areas of responsibility

Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to < 3 years
