Role Description
Lead transformative diversity initiatives as a Consultant for Diversity and Inclusion at the City of Thunder Bay. Shape an inclusive environment where every voice matters and equity is practiced.
This role involves guiding the DEI program's development while collaborating with stakeholders within the Corporation. You will assess existing policies, propose new measures, and conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in inclusion efforts. Your leadership will influence both the organizational culture and community impact.
