EY-Parthenon, Ernst & Young’s global strategy consulting arm, seeks a Strategy and Execution Consultant to help clients design and deliver transformative strategies across the enterprise. Responsibilities
Support and execute integration strategy, planning, and execution, providing project management support and executive communication. Plan and execute carve‑out or divestiture strategy, supporting operating‑model design and transaction‑services‑agreement development. Conduct operational due diligence, stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and operating‑model design. Identify, validate, and track synergy/value realization. Develop transitional services agreements, M&A and integration playbooks. Assist client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‑out services. Advising key decision makers on transaction strategy to secure deal value. Identify risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
