Consultant, Strategy and Execution - Deal Management (Montreal) (Ville-Marie)

EY-Parthenon, Ernst & Young’s global strategy consulting arm, seeks a Strategy and Execution Consultant to help clients design and deliver transformative strategies across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute integration strategy, planning, and execution, providing project management support and executive communication.
• Plan and execute carve‑out or divestiture strategy, supporting operating‑model design and transaction‑services‑agreement development.
• Conduct operational due diligence, stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and operating‑model design.
• Identify, validate, and track synergy/value realization.
• Develop transitional services agreements, M&A and integration playbooks.
• Assist client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‑out services.
• Advising key decision makers on transaction strategy to secure deal value.
