Elevate donor interactions as a Contact Quality Assessor with Canadian Blood Services. This temporary full-time position combines remote and on-site work in Sudbury, Ontario.
We are looking for a dedicated Contact Quality Assessor to join the NCC team at Canadian Blood Services. You will play a vital role in evaluating the quality of calls and crafting coaching programs while ensuring a high standard of service. A collaborative attitude towards supervisory teams will be essential for success in driving process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and assess NCC call quality standards
