What You Will Do:Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream/Business Unit to determine opportunities for improvement.Along with the functional team, creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream/Business Unit.Foster project management discipline, providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition and closure of projects, providing support to the Management of Change.Fosters a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by acting as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the departmentCollaborates with local and Corporate's Continuous Improvement organizationDevelops, promotes and coordinates cultural activities with HR, EHS & Quality department for engagement and awareness on Integrated Systems CI mindset.Coordi...
