Key Responsibilities: • Advance the PMO framework with discipline and transparency • Direct the alignment of OE initiatives with strategic goals • Lead regular reviews to assess initiative health and risks • Implement CI programs to deliver lasting improvements • Coach and empower staff to adopt Lean methodologies
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in engineering or business • 7+ years in a CI or Senior Operational Excellence role • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred • Proven experience in cross-functional coac...
