Role Description
Be part of CoreFactor as a Desk Side Support Analyst, offering vital services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area. This contract role involves on-site support, troubleshooting, and asset management across Mississauga and Brampton.
You will be responsible for addressing minor incidents and managing hardware returns, including processing repairs and replacements of malfunctioning PCs. Effective communication and organizational skills are key, as you will coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process hardware requests and minor incidents promptly
• Coordinate warranty repairs and manage equipment replacements
• Oversee the tracking of hardware returns and shipments
• Assist in packaging and shipping IS Client assets
