Contract Learning Experience Designer - Canada - saint-bonaventure

GP Strategies is looking to expand our learning experience design contractor pool in Canada for projects later in 2026. We are seeking individuals with proven experience working as a learning experience design contractor designing engaging, impactful and creative learning solutions. You'll need experience across all modern learning modalities, including digital (elearning and virtual instructor-led training), face-to-face, and blended experiences. Designers at various levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients and internal teams to analyze needs, consult on learning strategies, and design learner-centered solutions aligned to business goals.
