Role Description
Be part of BWXT's engineering team in Peterborough, ON as a Mechanical Designer on a 12-month contract, specializing in advanced nuclear projects. This position focuses on design development and technical support.
In this role, you'll report to the Design Services Manager and work closely with engineers on mechanical equipment design for CANDU reactors. Your tasks include participating in modeling and drafting, producing assembly drawings, and applying GD&T techniques. You will also attend customer reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
