*Contract to Perm*- Junior Database Administrator to updating and reporting lifecycle data for software installed related to ServiceNow with one of our major banking clients-
Location: Toronto/- Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)
Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: 80-90k- 7% Bonus

Business group: ITAM - Software Asset Management
Project: A new SAM focus area needs to govern lifecycle (EoX) dates for software detected in the environment. L6 Data Analysts will research, validate, update, and report on lifecycle data to enable retirement planning, risk reduction, and remediation decision-making.
Typical Day in Role:
• Lifecycle Data Management: Research and maintain vendor lifecycle milestones (GA, EOS, EOL, EOES, etc.) for discovered software.
• Data Quality: Monitor and remediate gaps/discrepancies; drive completeness to target thresholds...
