WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are looking to hire a passionate Controls Technician!

The position is primarily responsible for maintaining, servicing and commissioning computerized automated building controls (HVAC). Under specific task direction, the technicians work on the maintenance or installation of VCI Controls systems at various sites. To work on various sites, you must be able to obtain a government security clearance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Install, wire, and commission BAS control systems (DDC panels, sensors, actuators, VAVs, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, networks, and system integration
  • Perform point-to-point checkout and system verification
  • Modify and update control sequences and graphics as required
  • Support project teams with startup and commissioning activities
